Finding our way back to Detroit, we’re showcasing Crystal Eikcaj, a beauty and wellness company based in Detroit as well. Founded by Jacqueline Jones, a Detroit native from the lower east side, coming from a poor background and a struggling large family, Jacqueline’s ambition to become an entrepreneur after working full time and obtaining a masters degree came to fruition after starting several successful businesses over the years. Crystal Eikcaj is another one of Jackie’s ventures focusing on health and wellness. Jackie was diagnosed with many health issues, most recently diabetes, and her own health struggles inspired a line of wellness products after trials of prescription medications left her with a multitude of negative side effects. She began experimenting with organic shea butters and natural oils to treat her symptoms and found great success in doing so. Jackie’s success treating her hair loss and dry skin issues was a marvel and her brand uses all natural organic ingredients, free from harmful chemicals and no negative side effects. Crystal Eikcaj is for customers of all ages, genders, ethnicities and backgrounds, providing her community with a natural alternative to wellness.
